Promoting Your Organization at the BOF Festival
Here are some ideas of the kinds of organizations we are seeking to partner with us at the BOF Festival. This list is merely a general guideline. The more creative your organization is, the better!
BOF Festival Organization Booth Ideas:
*Traditional Indigenous Skills, Practices and Ceremonies
*Bushcraft/ Wilderness Living Skills
*Outdoor Clubs/ MeetUp Groups
*Land Trusts & Conservation Groups
*Nature Education Centers
*Awareness-minded/ Teaching Orgs (i.e. Lyme Prevention, Hiking 101)
*Growing Things (i.e. Terrarium Building, Mushroom Growing)
All other Regions
*100% of the BOF Festival proceeds go to support the Berkshire Bird Paradise, a nearby nonprofit 501c3 organization.
*Your Organization Application Form and Paymentmust be received no later than (7) prior to the event.
* Additional conditions apply if you plan to sell anything at your booth.
If your organization plans to sell goods and/or services at you booth, the NY State Parks Department requires that you provide the following with your Organization Application Form:
*Please provide a copy of your NY "Certificate of Authority" to Collect Sales Tax with your Organization Application Form.
*Please include the Grafton Lakes State Park Permit Fee of $10.00 in the payment you submit to the BOF Festival with your Organization Application Form.
